Mac to PC, DOS to Windows, Novell to Microsoft and will the next be AOL to @Home?
This stock IMHO is the first wave of successful next generation net stocks. This will open the doors to incredible growth and stock holder returns. I bought early and should have bought at the IPO but my old broker Failed me. I promised myself to see this one all the way and not sell although my return is impressive. Some might think take your profits and run, but I learned my lesson with Yahoo. I bought at 26 1/2 and sold way early and was never was able to repurchase because of that surge. IMHO, once ATHM is available to the public the desertion rate at AOL will be massive. That is why AOL must move now or face extinction. Money talks and I'm sure Steve Case will see the light the next time they negotiate. One more thing thing, Gov't definitely should not interfere with this natural evolution of competition that is only at the its nurturing stage. I believe L/T in the company and its vision. Hopefully I'm right and five years from now I'll enjoy some of those benefits. There so many variables can you imagine this one RoadRunner@HOME and AOL.
