Jeff, I am a shareholder. And, most likely, I have been a shareholder longer than you have. But if you still own the majority of your shares then you do have more to lose and more to gain than I do. I have a different opinion about this Company than you do. And I don' t feel it necessary to sugarcoat my opinions ( whether or not laced with financial concerns) with unbridled optimism. If American BioMed is sold in a fire sale then look to Steven B. Rash, as you call him a "turnaround and expansion specialist" . Why couldn't he negotiate a favorable transaction for the Company in 1996 with the five potential
suitors that were looking at the Company as announced in a press release in December 1996. The Company's financial position was better and they had far fewer shares outstanding. Instead we've had major dilution and continued significant losses. Technology moves too fast today and hopefully for ABMI's shareholders it won';t end up in too little too late.
