My "gaytor" friends told me that Tennessee fans were some of the most obnoxious, rude, trashtalking fans around (talk about the pot calling the kettle black). You definitely don't fit that description and, judging from the source of that description, it probably does not apply to most tennessee fans. You are right. Tennessee is 12-0, although I think for the same reasons that Kansas State was 11-0. Dont forget, you were only a fumble away from losing to Arkansas. the fact that we lost one to N.C State, who also whupped Syracuse, and we still get to play for the championship only strengthens the argument for some sort of playoff system. Why should we be in it as opposed to Ohio State? (Even though I think that FSU is the best team in the country, or at least one of the best two teams in the country) Also, I think if you look at the statistics, not to mention the general concensus, your defense may be good but it is not as good as FSU's. If that be the case, with our stonger defense and your stronger offense, it might be a real low scoring game with lots of field goals - advantage FSU. Otherwise, you are right. May the best team win. I have no grudges against Tennessee. I actually sympathise with you guys for the losses you took from our common enemy, the gaytors. i really thought that Peyton could win it in his last year. Even in the NFL, Peyton lost to Woeful. So I hope you guys continue to dominate the SEC. No, I am not going, as much as I would like to. Too far for me (south florida) and too expensive.
