I doubt it. It should be more than adequate.

I agree with Sean that AMD 350 should be enough for trading. My bigger potential worry would be using the less standard configuration (i.e., "super 7" chipsets, not the Intel BX chipset. But if a good local guy will do your building for you, and you don't plan on customizing it like crazy yourself, this will probably be a non-issue.
