Brent, I don't know if I have the answer to your questions, but Dr. M told me yesterday that JMAR Semiconductor can become a very large business in its own right. This bears no resemblance to the original CATS division that JMAR Semi was born out of, which had limited potential. JMAR will develop chips for the government and then will be free to sell the technology commercially. This division has great potential, and he expects very good performance next year.

So, commercially, I think they will be selling chips that were developed under these government contracts. JMAR will be running a big facility in Sacramento as well.

Next year I expect to be running on all 4 cylinders...

1999 Projection
=================
*JMAR Precision - profitable
*JMAR Semiconductor - profitable
*XRL Point Source - introduced and possible sale(s)
*Brightlight - introduced and profitable

Hope I am right...
