Way off topic, my apologies ...

<Well that wasn't the case until recently ... All Intel addresses that I use/used also had a "site" designator (ie. Ronler Acres - .ra.intel.com). Maybe the "site" designator is used with PC E-mail versus UNIX ??>

As far as I know, the "ichips" e-mail domain has existed since I started working at Intel in Oregon. I think it was this year, however, that most of the e-mail addresses moved over to the ichips domain. Perhaps those "site designator" domains now forward the e-mail to the ichips domain.

This guy's e-mail

If anyone really cares, send an email to the guy and ask him if he exists.

1. If he responds with a yes, he exists.

2. If the mail gets bounced back to you, he doesn't exist.

3. If he doesn't respond (and the mail doesn't bounce,) he doesn't want you bothering him.

Hmm... I wonder how many people read these posts?
