Hey, Charley, The Zwebners are full of it. The reason that Legacy is diving into the ground is because they aren't making MONEY. Tell them to start turning a profit, and quit worrying about what rumor and innuendo is posted on the internet. Readers of these boards are INTELLINGENT and don't believe every rumor posted. If people can back up their posts with facts, references to EDGAR filings, press releases, etc, then we consider the post along with our experience and may or may not believe it. If your esteemed firm, Bingham Dana LLP, is looking to make a business of suing every person on Silicon Investor who posts something that is not true, you will have plenty of business on your hands.
