Dan, you are correct in your belief that God is Spirit and we do not worship Him after the flesh as when Jesus walked the earth as a man.(Although He was divine as the Son of God he was tempted and felt the same daily persecution as a normal man.)

Where our Dispensation of Grace Church believers will no longer be mentioned after Rev. 4 is due to the fact that we will have been translated(raptured) and the unbelieving Jews and non-Christians will be left to face the tribulation.

Hi Dan,
Even though He was speaking of a spiritual worship He still made it clear where the salvation of the world comes from. Romans 11 has a lot of answers for me in the relationship between the natural olive branch and the wild one.
7: And if some of the branches be broken off, and thou, being a wild olive tree, wert graffed in among them, and with them partakest of the root and fatness of the olive tree;
18: Boast not against the branches. But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee.
19: Thou wilt say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be graffed in.
20: Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear:
21: For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee.
We should fear with a humble and gentle heart of gratitude from where our salvation came from. This is not the religion but the people. Paul was willing to be accursed from the Lord for them to be saved do you see this attitude in Emile. Love covers a multitude of sin and is the only way to walk in the light of the Lord. The wild branch that is grafted in is part of the tree and is no less than any other branch unless it becomes highminded in their grafting.
Lord Bless,
Nancy

Dear Dan;

I mean no condemnation for any man. I believe that we as Gentiles are indeed adopted into the family of God. However Israel has not been adopted as we have but are God's first born.

Exodus 4:22 Then you shall say to Pharaoh, "Thus says the LORD, Israel is My son, My firstborn.

I also believe that there will be a time when this world will pass away and their will be a new heaven and earth which God calls the New Jerusalem.

Clearly IMHO God is not finished with the nation of Israel. He called them back to the land on the exact day that he promised in Ezekiel. He restored Jerusalem on the exact day as well. See explaination here. corp.direct.ca

Let us proceed slowly and reason together point by point. We may have to agree to disagree. I trust we can do so in love. I as a Gentile feel that God has a special fondness in his heart for the Jewish remnant that never left him. He has made the nation Israel promises which are not dependant on their behavior but on his Grace. He has made promises to us in the same way, promises we can not and have not earned. The return of Israel to the land is proof to me of these promises and God's faithfulness.

I do not see these different Covenants as dispensations which cancel each other out. This seems too easy and neat to me. I see them more as telescoping, one leading and becoming part of the other.

I will stop for now but look forward to your input. Your voice here is one of love and I return that love to you. Let us try to make and respond to one point at a time. Take the lead my brother and we will each learn from one another.

In Yeshua's love for you - DLL
