Hi Ed:

I agree with your analysis and certainly feel that BBA has a lot of upside potential. What worries me is the live testing of the Win/DDS computer system.

In my experiences, especially in retail, a new computer system usually means problems for the customer and aggravated employees - bottom line - decreased sales. I hope that management is taking every step to make this an easy transition. What is your opinion???

The good news, which really excites me, is the addition of their new 3D website - which I hear will be up and running soon. Hopefully, marketing promotes the heck out of this.

Furniture is a big decision for most people. I foresee people browsing in the store then getting home and saying "Ya know, I should have bought that chair" Now, that customer can go to their computer and buy the product! If that customer waited a day or two it could be a lost sale.

I am seeing big things for this company. I believe BBA will be a teenager before you know it!
