Lou and All, I just got off the phone with Joe Murphy. He is in very good spirits with everything that is going on at DCI. He is concerned with the post that was placed on SI earlier this evening and has discussed it with his lawyers. Here is a direct quote from Joe... "I am concerned that suit has been filed against parties other than DCI, which has been printed in a public forum on Silicon Investor. Apparently the suit alleges that DCI's management have sought to manipulate the price of it's stock. Such allegations are totally false and enjoy no being in fact. We are considering appropriate action." Bruce

I guess I find this interesting timing in light of the recent acquisition news involving DCI... Jane
