I would suggest contacting a lawyer and print it out and show him.

I make nothing out of it except that these guys now need an attorney and everyone should be warned to only post what is known to be the truth..I dont think the plaintiffs can win but then again..you never know.. It is one thing to post opinions it is something totally else to post statements as fact when indeed they are not...let it serve as a warning to everyonelongs are notorious for posting things that are not true..the incredible posts about ASTM and being on TV went unchecked and cost investors millions..someone shoould post this over there along with the link you posted to the ASTM Board Im syure there are lots of angry investors who would like to corner the guy or gal who started that rumor
