Hi Mr. Wilson! I thought you were dead! Actually, some people probably thought I was dead, but the rumors of my demise have been vastly overstated. The way it is, I owe letters to a bunch of people...mea culpa. Barbara, I have NOT forgotten you! You either, Joe. Ok....down to business.....Barrie....you stated one thing that I have to disagree with you about....and that was concerning it not being so bad to issue more shares if the escrow period was long enough. Unfortunately, sweetie, the "big boys" know how to get around that escrow period. I don't quite know how it is done....but somehow they go to offshore accounts and short the shares that they are not allowed to sell and so even with an escrow period, the share price goes down anyway. But then....it's kind of a catch-22, I guess, if a company needs money. Man.....Phantom Dialer and Walter are neat people. I have really enjoyed getting caught up on their posts. Walter....you are hilarious...and I mean that in the nicest way...honest! And Phantom, I would LOVE to know who you REALLY are. So.....soon we should be seeing JAWZ be a reporting company, should we not? Well, good-bye again. Juanita
