BARRY That data is a little old by the time we see it. I think the November report is generated from reports by NASD members made on November 9th. It is possible that somehow a large short learned of the S&P pick before it was published and started covering the Friday afternoon we had such a large increase in volume. That was the day the private placement press release hit before market and had no effect on volume in the AM. I agree that next week could be explosive. If we see both the PMA news and the Business Week reporting of the S&P pick, look out! It is hard to imagine someone with a large short position not diligent enough to cover by now. Joe
