Oh man!
A reverse split?
1 for 15 no less? You got to be kidding!! R/S are the most obscene words in my financial catagory, as far as I'm concerned....I've been thru the meat grinder from a couple of 'em and if any of you have you surely know what I'm talkin' about!
Is this all true?
If it is this may be my prime candidate for tax selling this season.
A possible no-brainer.

Hi, just received mine as well, haven't had a chance to read thru the whole thing but I do not believe that 15:1 makes much sense. I could honestly see a 5:1 and would not complain, if the reason they are suggesting it is what I think it is. Can't explain at the moment need more data. The approval for selling most of or all of the current company assets pertains to getting shareholder approval for the sale of Taylor and to be honest I am not sure whether that is still a go or not. My suspicions are that it is not, but who knows for sure. Any other comments gladly welcomed.

Salut,
Leigh McBain
