I've never heard a cc where there was not one "good quarter, guys" or "good year, guys" or any other form of compliment or appreciation. This was very somber, from the questioners.

If the market for ciena is huge, how come the revenue decreased by 30%? Ciena may have a better mousetrap, however if others can build a technologically inferior, but much cheaper mousetrap, Ciena won't make a dime. Wall Street doesn't like uncertainty, unfortunately, that's what Ciena had to offer today: We may make money, we may lose money.
