Unfortunately, the case only pertains to Zwebner and LGCY. What those clowns have done on AZNT is even more compelling, imo.

Complaint looks like it would survive an initial motion to
dismiss, and perhaps advance to trial. It is very well drafted and apppears to be quite serious.


Therefore, we can safely conclude, that defendants will suffer acute financial pain.... On the defense alone....

I guess a case could be made against the SEC for allowing "non-reporting" companies to issue public stock....

Under the theory of "excessive bureaucratic demented negligence"...

Better expressed as "Bureaucratic Efficiency"
