It is illegal to short BB stocks in the United States? Is it the dollar amount of the stock-when DGIV went to $8- then JJJ's own stock broker allows her to short the stock if she keeps some money in her margin account? Where is the line drawn? Is there a pipeline to Vancouver BC and back again with shorters whose sole purpose is to manipulate this company by manipulating its stock? The reason for these questions, especially the last one, is the problems companies have with financing. A companies value for borrowing purposes- to grow -is directly tied to their value in the stock market. Are these shorters in effect not only trying to manipulate the stock down, but the net effect trying to put the company out of business by taking away an avenue of financing. Is this how great ideas get short changed and is this not illegal? Ol Claus
