David, after admitting now that YOU FAILED to confirm your source the damage is done! Clearly, you did ZERO research or due dilligence before willfully posting such blind accusations....The bid dropped immediately along with the ask at 1:30 p.m. coincidence?? 2. You state that the CEO has NOT seen the letter of intent? How do you know? Did you have a talk with him... 3. Your quote"CEO says, he is not positive on the details?" You HAD NO KNOWN INFORMATION THAT ANY OF THESE STATEMENTS WERE TRUE! You now admit that you called "After the close." My attorney will be contacted Mr Sirks to see what we might do in situations such as this; when irresponsible statements are made publicly with "NO FACTS" and are made with the intention to delibrately influence negatively upon investors. You made no declaration that those statements were rumors... You made no declarations that YOU HAD NOT called the company and if any plans were had been made,nor that you were planning to confirm with the CEO of KAHI- the extent of your comments... The damages are done look for the bill! MM
