An interesting show of solidarity, to be sure, but unless I am missing something, what sort of proxy fight do we envision? I am as frustrated as anyone vis-a-vis the stock performance of late, but TAVA mgmt appears to be following their stated business plan by the numbers. If they really could influence the stock price, I think the SEC would be right there seeing how they do it! It sounds simplistic, but I feel that if they stay the course, the stock price will eventually reflect the true value of the enterprise, which I think is considerably higher than $5/share. As much as I love a good old-fashioned brawl, my vote is still with current management. Patience, while difficult to muster, is still a virtue! MHO, of course. (off soap box, back to lurk mode) Best to all, whatever happens, John R.

B.D.Bauden,
TAVA's Quarterly revenue numbers still show 35-40% SEQUENTIAL growth. A sequential increase in earnings from .03 to .14 is even more impressive. I believe TAVA, aside from the reflection in the Stock price (or better said--lack thereof), continues to sign numerous and large contracts even in the face of the PR silence. I believe the practice of such silence was mentioned in the last Quarterly meeting and should be found if we were to read the Transcript of that meeting. That practice is not one which I condone, but the people at TAVA seem to be equally frustrated by the way its Stock has been treated in the face of releasing fantastic news or no news at all. TAVA has shown the money and are indeed making a growing profit. The major problem we are having with the stock value may have to do with the seeming "curse" placed upon anything Y2K related. The sad part of that generalization is that the Street simply by turning a deaf ear and blind eye to any "Y2K related stock" causes them to miss the truth of TAVA. TAVA is the Nations largest private Systems Integrator company. They are growing and will continue to grow exuberantly going forward and beyond 1.1.2000. This is why I believe this is a far better value here than when I first bought this Company as TOPRO with only a "Story" and no earnings.
