Once again, the common guy gets screwed big time. What a bunch of crooks. Curious as to why they don't let the stock run higher before selling into it?

I know nothing of ZD. Care to elaborate more on them? Do you have a target price? Thanks.

Christian, looking at the chart of ZD, it's sitting at key support. the MACD just gave a sell signal. May wait and see if it breaks a bit more before I enter.

Have you looked at REFR? They have a type of financing similar to NAVR. Except they seem to limit what the preferred holders can do. There were numerous posts over the summer by Roger et al on the REFR thread. Don't know if you saw it. Stock rallied a bit yesterday, but has knocked right back today.
