Hi Malcolm, I saw that on the news releases also. I would tend to think in that it is a class action they will bring in every company that they can so the lawyers can get as many clients as possible. Anyways I personally don't think it have any kind of effect on most of the stocks named in the list. Regards, Bill Fortune III

Mal: Just a class action against Bear Stearns - it has nothing to do directly with SSGI or any of the other companies listed in the complaint. All kinds of companies on the list - good, bad and defunct. Bear-Stearns was allegedly artificially inflating stock selling prices to buyers. Wally
