According the company's own filings with the SEC, there is no financing for this sale, and there is no assurance that there ever will be.

These filings are available for anybody to read. The most recent is the 10Q, filed Nov. 16. (Well, actually there is another filing dated more recently, but that is just one of the many form 144's that have been filed to report that somebody big intends to sell a lot of shares.)

If you are interested in OEM deals, the filings indicate that expected orders from Detroit Diesel have not materialized.

Hmmmm... Turby up 6% on a down day. Could it be that Jim has rallied the troops?.... Nahhhhhh... probably just more sheep buying in.
