Hilarious Sean! Thanks. And the diversion couldn't have come on a better day.
Annual Warning - though you all know this already. Another year of declining revenues would bring another year of declining stock price.
Many hope for a dramatic and surprising announcement. I don't. Have given up in that regard. Many others hope for sales to finally turn around by the second half of next year. I am in that category. But if in the 10K they warn of another bad year in sales ( they are generally pretty honest in that regard) I think it may be wise to sell at any price unless you have already written AXC off as completely lost money ..... or unless you see some extraordinary distant potential and are willing to keep the dice rolling.Just one tattered shareholders opinion. Happy Holidays to all.

good one sean!

i think i heard a similar version recently. although, question #6 is probably #1 for alot of us married ampex shareholders!, LOL&COL.

on a more serious side (i think?) does anyone care to comment on the big sell off today? almost 3x our average volume.

i think most of it is individuals doing a little window dressing for 98 taxes. i did not see any sizeable trades going off. the biggest being 5000 mostly 500 to 2000 shares. although, i have not watched for very long.

no news, special events or sec fillings that i could find either....
could possibly test our 52 week low of 11/16 or lower?

regards digger

Patent Infringement (A different off-topic)

Hi all, just came across the following page which gives a pretty
good (and deep) description of all those terms we were dealing
with during the Mitsubishi trial, like Doctrine of Equivalents
and Prosecution History Estoppel. So, in case anyone still
has some interest in the topic:

intellectual.com

Better late, if ever (as Mom always used to say). :-)

Til Later,
