Henry, I think what we are not seeing in this release, which would have been beneficial if they included it, was the recent history of number of repeat tests on this ore and the results of those tests as well. It is absolutely valid to be skeptical, even with this latest development, considering the history.

Much of this can be clarified by a phone call to either Mr. Gardner, Mr. Sharp or Mr. Smith. I will do my part.

What I find encouraging is that these tests are on recovery, not yet another assay method. Recovery is actual metal taken out of the ore and that is the bottom line. I have said on many occasions that I just want to know if there really is metal there, and if these tests are accurate and repeatable, and they are not run using a couple of ounces of gold (the Ledoux method), then this really does mean something big.

There are NO dry lake beds recovering ore in the world right now. But the majors are looking into complex ores more and more. Naxos may just be hitting this at the right time in the history of PR exploration.

Many questions need to be answered and yes, one release does not a mine make. However, it is my opinion, and my opinion only, that Naxos and any lab willing to put out recovery numbers at this point in time are either very sure of themselves, or very willing to paint a very large "please sue me" bullseye on their backsides.

We shall see. But for all those not satisifed with the content, PLEASE pick up the phone and get some answers. Obviously we cannot answer all of these questions here.

Regards,

Tom F.
