Hi, I have established a small position in this company as it looks like it will do quite good during the period when January Effect on beaten stocks takes place. Looking at the chart, the stock went through the same decline in Dec'96 and advanced quite well in Jan'97. I am hoping for history to repeat itself. I was not familiar with MIFGY before ISLI acquisition. I used to own ISLI. Lawsuits will pass with very little impact. All in IMHO. Regards, JK
