It is a one-timer, but not out of Q4 earnings. As Susan Stillings said in the article, it was accounted for in previous periods. Iomega is very conservative in their accounting.

I have 25,000 shares of Syquest. Will I receive anything for these shares if Iomega really purchased Syquest's assests?
