Don, <If I buy or sell because of what is said on this board then I am a complete fool.> I completely agree. But it would appear to me that the plaintiff cannot have it both ways. If they were harmed by what was said on the Internet, could it not also be said that they, in turn, have also potentially harmed an unknowing public? Just food for thought. Laurie, the "Watch my fingertips" reference is a statement that was common to the posts of someone posting under the name of Michael Zwebner when he was regularly posting on SI concerning the future potential of DCI. I would not presume to interpret his intent; however, you can search older posts under that name and read the statements.
