Very easily identifiable, particularly when they are abroad, they are loud, and think the world owes them some particular debt, just because they are here.... It is a joy to see these arrogant arses turn like wounded doves, when in vacation in a Spanish speaking country, trying to communicate with the locals, who in many instances understand him perfectly well in English.....except, they do not let him/her know so.....
