JDN, As a long-time long, I know how you feel. That said, I'd rather that our management team concentrate on growing and developing the business. Better to be valuable and not-yet-discovered than be well-known as full of "hot air". Think about it: we know better than most analysts what the potential revenues and growth are here. Worst-case scenario, we have a piece of a pretty good systems integrator with extra yk2 revenue; best-case, we have a piece of a progressive, growing company that will be much larger and more valuable in a few years. Not a bad hold either way. You know why you bought and held this stock, sooner or later others will come to the same conclusions...hang in there!

JDN --- you hit the nail on the head,,, as we head into the 4 range (?) again I hope for another trade. Only the traders, options recipients are making a buck. As to the comment above you there are many ways a company can influence price and TAVA has done many in the past through PP, dilution, etc. Do people actually believe a no news policy does not effect price? If so they should buy a CD! Though they should not happen again the PP was done in a very ugly manner. Do not forget many of those shares went out cheaply too which effect price. Yes I have a few shares in the red,, but trading this issue has mae life good and I hope it ranges forever. The TAVA worshippers will keep trading profitable unless the stock price rises to where it should be.

JDN --- excitement builds for a nice pop IF this support at 5 fails and we see the 4 5/8 area.again.. That is where it becomes a true buying op again... and will make a nice sell in the 5 1/2 range... maybe insiders will buy a little in that range too....

First of all, the TAVA principals *ARE* shareholders, some very significant shareholders, and they *DO* care about enhancing shareholder value. What they don't care about (rightfully so) is getting wrapped up in "spiky" growth in the share value via questionable PR's and hype induced self-promotion. Thankfully, TAVA is hopefully not that type of stock anymore. If that's what you're interested in, dump your TAVA and get into the Internet stocks or Medical Devices/Biotechs...

I believe JJ, Kevin, and the rest of the crew are focused on a steady growth in the share value, not a big pop followed by the bubble bursting. I think they are doing the right thing for TRUE longs, which certainly includes themselves.

I also totally and completely disagree that the stock price "is depressed" at present. It is somewhat undervalued, but hardly in the crapper. The $10-14 price we once saw was an anomaly and unwarranted. If it is as "depressed" as many think, why aren't people buying shares by the bucketful?

Personally, a chance to buy at $5 a stock with a medium term price target of about $6-8 and longer term of $10-12 is a bargain. Those of you looking for instant wealth, go play the lottery or show big cojones and short YHOO, AMZN, and AOL <g>.

But please, if you are really long on this company, stay out of the day-to-day, hype-a-minute game. Always a bad thing in the long run.
