Joe and I have had our differences, and we have now resolved them. In retrospect, they do not appear to have been great and neither the passage of time, the rumor mill or statements that have been made in the heat of battle should expand them. Any inference to the contrary would be regrettable. The company is growing and deserves our support in an effort to increase share prices. The bottom line is that Joe is committed to building the value of DCI shares, and it is my belief that his efforts will be directed in good faith on behalf of all DCI shareholders toward that objective. If any of my prior communications regarding DCI Joe and his family have been misconstrued or were erroneous, I sincerely regret any confusion. In closing my affiliation Cardcall and DCI, I am pleased with what the Cardcall acquisition brought to DCI, and by the same token, DCI's financial assistance was very necessary for Cardcall. I will no longer communicate with you on the Internet or otherwise with respect to DCI or its strategies, policies, and prospects, and I will not resppnd to questions or comments to me in that regard in the future. As I devote my attention to my own new business ventures, let me simply say that I wish Joe and his team the best to enable DCI to reach its potential as a preeminent prepaid telephone card company in the coming years Michael J Zwebner
