And 13 minutes into the trading day, still no trades have been executed ... including my buy order.

Methinks a bit of a trading imbalance and the specialists are trying to sort it out.

Update to trading ... at 9:49, bid 2, ask 6. finally broke with a large transaction at 3 15/16. Fair amount of volume. Fascinating to watch.

James,

I wonder if the $9 a share is a little rich as CMO has
Class A & Class B shares.

I believe their were 17.7 million outstanding when they issued
the last annual report in March/April of 1998.

It appears that CMO has a history of issuing and retiring the
preferred shares, maybe the 17.7 has decreased.
