Tae, I'm still optimistic that TR 3 will be the best selling game by Xmas. At least over here in Germany TR 3 is the No. 1 at all major retailers, with the compilation Gold Games 2 which features the original TR 1 game at No. 2 (already 250.000 copies sold).
I looked at Half-Life which is currently at No. 6 position. In addition to a copy of TR 3, I just bought Half-Life, in order to make a "personal" game review. My sentiment is, that HL is indeed a cool game with a fascinating story line. However in contrast to TR 3 it's a ego shooter which must be compared with titles like Unreal, Sin or Quake 2. The graphics are a bit below Unreal, but the interesting plot makes it superior to the other ego shooters at the market.
I'm still thinking that TR 3 is the best game ever produced and that Mr. Gordon Freeman from Half-Life has absolutly no chance against the
fabulous Ms. Lara Croft!
