It does appear that we lost the NASDAQ deal to Broadcast.com.

If I recall correctly the Nasdaq deal TSIS was working on had nothing to do with record and replay. IT was for discounted InvestorReach services to member companies. Nasdaq was likely not even aware of this TSIS capability, as it is relatively new.

Clearly Broadcast.com has inserted itself as a dominant player in this emerging industry, but I suspect there is room for another.

I would suspect that when these types of NASDAQ decisions are made, a factor would be -- of the competitors for the business, who is listed on NASDAQ and who is on the Bulletin Board? Peers like to do business with peers. Such a decision has political ramifications beyond what we would normally expect. I feel honored to have been on the same field in that competitive environment.

All the more reason to become fully reporting and gain a listing -- at least on the small cap market. Credibility is becoming a greater issue particularly where accountability is concerned.
