Janice: Well you may be right, who knows?
My position is that people who are not attorneys and post what the outcome is going to be is only either kidding themselves or just being general kidders.

I believe however that their have been several lawsuits initiated about what people have posted, and I think the record so far has been mostly in favor of the posters.
I think one company won one against someone on yahoo, and I also think prodigy lost the one against them..i.e. message boards are liable for what is said..
I think aol won thiers and their board wasn't lable, but I think that there were several others and I think so far the posters have been winning.
Whether that will continue, I don't have any idea.

I believe that if there was ever an opportunity for the type of ambulence chasing that attornies are noted for, these message boards would be a gold mine.
I seriously doubt if there is not one poster that at one time or another has not said something that could be taken to court if the recipient of the post wanted to do so.

What one person considers as a minor "nick", someone else may consider as a grave insult.

That's why I always try and be circumspect and nice in whatever I post. LOL LOL

Absolutely right. BUT: while I don't know what Spidey/bmart/Pugs has been calling Michael Zwebner, I do know that he's quite unequivocally characterized a number of people involved in the AZNT case as criminals" in the legal sense of the word.

But...you must have been following along....

Seriously, Michael, why won't you respond to Mr Tit's questions? If you've got answers, then it should be no problem.
PM or email if you like, of course.
