This seems to be a rather significant insider sale at a time when it was hoped that the share price of ERC would begin to rebound. Anyone care to offer an evaluation of this planned sale?

A giant 440 page prospectus for Evercel was filed with the SEC on December 15th. One can get it through the SEC Edgar server, FreeEdgar, etc. For some reason it doesn't show up under the ERC filings. I haven't been through it myself as yet. While the blanks aren't all filled in this is clearly slated as a 1999 event.
