Apratim, thanks for your interesting and thoughtful response. One thing that I observed over the years is that its difficult to overtake the leader, and Dell is the leader in the direct sales market. Further, implementing Dell's business model is a lot easier said than done. At best, I see Cpq selling direct and remaining in the channel. So, this is a hybrid model, not the Dell model. Still, its going to be an interesting race. Maybe we should bet on both horses. <ggg> Stock Bull
