DBII - Safe play with very little downside, contract with the INS to be announced shortly (don't know the official date). Employee of the company told me that the deal was done! You could easily double or triple your money when the deal is announced. The only problem is I don't know what day it will be announced. Another positive; 10 Million float with well over half of that tied up with institutional buyers who have it as high as $10-$12. What do you expect they will do when they announce news? Buy!
