I know VLAD will probably send an e-mail to Nina, but I hope others will as well. I am sending mine after this post. Perfect opportunity to get some press and they sit on their hands. Fair warning to all investors - it is my hunch that VVUS will sit on the milestone payment until Q1 of 99. Only a hunch. Dust off those wheels... Let's get the train moving again <g>

(g) The fellow on Yahoo who predicted an historic announcement today was on the money. Speaking of money, Vivus has 31,825,000 +/- a nit shares outstanding, an $8m milestone payment comes out to around twenty-cents per share. I believe this milestone will be applied to Q498, unless Vivus can, or wants to send it to Q198. Any thoughts?
