TeleServices International Group
Announces Pact with amplified.com, Internet Distributor of
Digital Music

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Dec. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- TeleServices International Group Inc. (OTC
Bulletin Board: TSIG - news), a fully integrated provider of outsourced teleservices and music CDs
through the Internet, announced today that its Compact Connection subsidiary has entered into an
affiliate agreement with amplified.com, a pioneer in the realm of digital music distribution.
amplified.com will provide Compact Connection, Inc. (CCI) with its private label service, featuring
approximately 10,000 titles. This new affiliation positions CCI as a forerunner in the music retail
industry with respect to custom CD compilation and digital download sales. This new service will be
available to CCI's customers during the first week of January 1999.

amplified.com, an Atlanta-based provider of multimedia services over the Internet, offers web surfers
the ability to download music and create customized CDs. As a result of the agreement, visitors to
CCI's internet music website, www.CompactConnection.com, will be able to listen to 30-second
samples of music in a broad range of genres, including rock, hip-hop, R&B, jazz and classical. They
can ''mix'' and create their own custom CD compilation which would be sent to them via mail, or
they can elect to purchase and download music on a per-song basis via Liquid Audio. Customers
can then save the songs on their hard drive and create their own custom CD at home if they have a
CD recorder.

Wayne Parker, President of amplified.com, said ''TSIG's ability to link Compact Connection's
e-commerce functionality to its call center will provide customers with a much more rewarding
Internet shopping experience. We are pleased to be working with such a forward thinking company
and look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship.''

TSIG has recently completed a major technology upgrade at its call center operation and has fully
integrated its call center operation with CCI's Internet retail music website. As a result of these
upgrades, TSIG is positioned to become a leading-edge teleservice provider, with the ability to link
Internet e-commerce with its state-of-the-art call center.

TeleServices International Group Inc., is a provider of fully integrated global teleservices to
companies that are in the business of selling products and services through toll-free numbers and the
Internet. Visit TSIG's website at stockprofiles.com.

This press release contains ''forward-looking statements'' within the meaning of Section 27A of the
1933 Securities Act and Section 21E of the 1934 Securities Exchange Act. Actual results could
differ materially, as the result of such factors as competition in the markets for outsourced teleservices
and for retail compact discs, the availability of financing at favorable terms, and other factors detailed
in the Company's public filings with the SEC.
