You seem to have a dead flat learning curve. Mann is not a fugitive. you even admit bruce judd & jboxford attorney are your sources. And? Since when are defense attorneys a poor source of information about what's going on in a lawsuit? I find yours an extremely curious statement. The entire POINT of doing research is to come up with material from as many different sources as possible. We have, and have had, contact with people on both sides of the AZNT issue, as well as with neutrals like the court clerk. You, on the other hand, have relied entirely on "the company", and obviously have blind faith in everything its representatives tell you. Always a mistake.
