I agree completely, this is a 6 month to 1 year grace period, not a permanent condition.

Since CPQ has no earnings to speak of, any earnings will represent earnings growth in excess of 100%. Go forth and invest your money in unprofitable companies because they have no where to go but up.

This story is part of a PR effort to drive the price of CPQ stock up regardless of the merits of the company.
