Why can't I buy NAVR at 7 yet? Do we have another rumor going today. I saw the spike to 10+ and cannot find todays rumor. Anyone? Anyone, Bueller? Thanks

Every day after market closed, you check Quote.com it shows after hours trading. If it shows the firm transactions at ask price, you can have the idea that the next day the price will more likely to rise.
