*********OT********** Hello J.N., It has been a long time. I have been in lurking mode for a long time. I enjoy this much better. I still follow a number of threads and chime in every now and then. The last time we talked I think it was with NPEC and MDIN. Hope everything is going well and I hope we all can make some money. I only bought a few thousand shares on pure speculation and I think we have a little time to see how this deal irons out. It looks like we are waiting for the T's to be crossed and the I's to be dotted or should that be i's Ha!! Any phone calls to the company today?? Should be interesting. Goodluck,FD
