Anyone get the annual report recently? It was interesting the talk of Saleslink in the last paragraph. Looks like this is a sleeper company that's going global next year and CMGI owns 100%. Overall a good report and for anyone interested in investing in CMGI I would call for an annual report. It has a write up of every company they own, the % and a write up about it with the website address. Worth having in hand even if you can get it on their site.

One question about the voting of the increase of shares. They want to provide for an increase from 40 mil to 100 mil. What does this mean? I see CMGI has about 22 mil outstanding right now. I'm confused on 2 fronts, is this vote for spliting the stock or selling more shares on the open market, or both. Does this vote only give management the ability to do a split or secondary, or does it mean this will happen if the vote goes through? Is this vote considered positive, negative, or neither to others. I just want to learn a little more on this and want to get a handle on these kinds of votes.
Thanks,
Ron
