Two-bit news from Asia. Source: FEER CHINA The economy grew more than 10% year-on-year in October, the first time this year it has reached that rate, the state-run Economic Information Daily said. Higher government spending on infrastructure accounted for much of the growth. ------------------------------------------------------------------- JAPAN Vehicle production rose in October for the first time in 13 months.
