In reality, I don't think Integrion is dead just yet. In fact there is an advertisement in the January issue of BS+T for Integrion. Like anything that the banks do, they don't die a quick death, they just slowly fade away.

I think it would make perfect sense for CF to initiate divorce with Integrion before we read obituary on Integrion in papers and for several reasons.
1. How many analysts know that Integrion is just a dummy, that CF achieved everything on its own? When news that Integrion dissolving hits the street, it will be perceived as a bad news for CF.
2. Dumping Integrion before it goes into oblivion will neutralize any negative impact, and it would look quite bold. You'd better look bold than shy. We suffered enough from CF's shyness.
3. If CF explains that it doesn't want to lose big time on warrants, it will sound as a confidence in future.

We don't know how the contract was written. CF may not have an option of leaving Integrion, but in any case they should take preventive steps. Before Integrion disappears, it should become a common knowledge that it's never been more than a dummy.
Just MHO.

This stock is showing alot of resistance at its 200 day MA. Two breaks could not be held at the close. Will the third time be a charm?

I think so.

This stock is looking really good.
