Annette: Other than speculative expectations experienced or not predictions of gaps up or down in a stock at the open most often come from the pre open bid/ask revealed prior to the day's open on the NASDQ. NYSE pre open bid/ask are not revealed. One needs a real time data feed to see this, which one must pay for.

One can also follow third market trades. I choose not, but that does not make my decision wrong or right.

Annette: Pretty good day considering; interesting that rumors have an uncanny way of turning into facts. This is a good company with all sorts of potential on both the ipo and the possibility of acquisition.
