Would you say the date was 12/06/98 and 5 bz. days is 12/11/98 or Monday???? for a answer per rules? Also is that? and I think it is, stating that the total stock of KAHI be sold or bought in the deal? hmmm intresting no wonder there were problems with the CEO/CFO or anyone who needs time to read and hash out this one. There could be a white knight, or do they call them a second party,?, as there seems to be a large sales force of independent contractors who start up with this deal in selling the products of the buying firm.
