<Intel is cutting its spending sharply now due to excess capacity and smaller die sizes and this is being repeated around the world.> Funny how Tommy Kluck-Kluck isn't saying the same thing about AMD when he upgraded them but shafted Intel. Doesn't AMD have smaller die sizes than Intel? According to his logic, AMD must cut spending even more sharply than Intel because of this.
