That's an absolutely riduculus line of thought. Do you blame your TV manufacturer when your cable goes out. It's not GTW's fault if the software maker makes a user pay for support.

I do not work for a software or hardware company and if I have a problem with something, either hardware or software, I read the manual and/or help files. If I can't solve the problem myself then I call/e-mail the software company. I have found that if you at least try to figure something out yourself they are much more willing to help.

To blame Compaq, Dell or Gateway because Windows sucks or a comm program is difficult to use is riduculus.
